Hotel excelente, porém não há bebida alcóolica por questões religiosas do proprietário, mas não foi um problema. O restaurante tem pratos deliciosos e um preço razoável, variando entre 20 a 30 euros. O menu infantil tem entrada, prato principal e sobremesa a 14 euros. Café da manhã maravilhoso.

"Fantastic Hotel 5 stars"

Been to Lisbon a number of times now, this hotel has to be the best one I've stayed in. Reception staff very friendly and helpful especially Lucas and Gibril. Breakfast choice is amazing, rooms are exceptionally clean. Very happy this will be my first choice when visiting Lisbon next time and not forgetting indoor heated pool and jacuzzi.

Close to airport if you’re flying in or out. Very friendly staff. Held bags until my room was ready. Great breakfast buffet too. Walkable to trains and nearby restaurants. Would stay again!

Fantastic location. Close to the airport with plenty of train stations in the area for central Lisbon and surrounding areas! Hotel was pristine, decor sleek and modern. Room was enjoyable although quite a few marks on the wall in the room i was occupying, could do with a fresh paint. Spa was very nice, popular with guests so tended to be busy. Service was superb all round.

Razoável

Acústica ruim. Barulho a cada hóspede que sai do quarto e bate a porta. Serviço de quarto custa 5 euros, nunca tinha visto isso, ainda mais num hotel que se diz 4 estrelas. Cápsulas de café no quarto não são repostas diariamente, só tem no dia do check in. Água no dia do check in é uma luso de vidro. Nos outros dias, uma qualquer de plástico. Fica uma luz piscando no telefone que incomoda a noite. Reclamei nos 4 dias que estive lá e ninguém resolveu. Café da manhã bom, mas muito cheio, reposição demorada e mesas sujas por longo período.

The pool is very unsafe, no rails to get in or out and very slippery. And they charge 10 euros a day to use pool which is very unsafe. The hallways are old and smelly rugs. Restaurant prices are astronomical compare to most restaurants in Lisbon.
