The reception staff could have been more informative. No details of breakfast, Wifi or Spa servives were given without asking.

Leider war das Personal nicht über die ÖV informiert. Da wir keine Internet Verbindung hatten, mussten wir einige Umwege in Kauf nehmen. Im Hotel hatten wir Internet, ab dem zweiten Tag waren wir gut informiert. Das SPA, dachten wir wäre inkl. dies stand leider ganz unten beim Angebot. Essen, Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit war super. Danke
