The staff at the hotel were amazing and super helpful. The location is very close to central places around. Room were perfect size and clean. The breakfast had a variety of different things- it was clean and tidy buffet and in amazing indoor room. As vegan I had fruit salad, nuts and soy milk(no spreads or yogurt).

Everything was amazing! The staff were very friendly and helpful, even going out of their way to be so. Specifically Marino de Luz was amazing and explained how to get around Lisbon, what to do, etc. The hotel itself is beautiful and it is in a great location. The breakfast was also amazing! I’ve stayed at 5 star hotels that weren’t nearly as nice. I learned FLH stands for Feels Like Home, and we felt like home in the best way! Amazing hotel, I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Check in was easy, front desk staff was very friendly. They were able to accommodate and early check in which I was very appreciative of. WiFi was fast and the view from my room was great! The only complaint I have was the quality of room service. It was very pricey and the quality of the food was not great. I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich and it was so small and barely had any ham in it. Overall I would stay at this hotel again. It was clean and charming and the bed was very comfy.

The staff were very nice and breakfast was very yummy. The carpet could be upgraded. My husband got sick so we did not venture far from hotel. Good restaurants and a grocery store right across the street

Really great location! Very easy to walk in any direction for a different adventure. Breakfast was consistent and good having coffee and afternoon cookies available was a very nice touch, though we were rarely around to take advantage.

This property was a fantastic location, close to the tourist areas while still being close to the older neighbourhoods. The free breakfast was amazing and saved us so much money dining in the hotel every morning. The design and decor of the hotel and rooms was lovely as well. Wonderful staff too!
