We had a wonderful stay at Memoria Lisboa FLH Hotels. The check in process was so smooth and Giovanni & Victoria were so helpful, even helped us book tickets to a show. The breakfast was so delicious and the breakfast room was beautiful and peaceful each morning. The room was spotless & clean, and the bed is very comfortable. Thank you for a perfect stay!

Great place to stay! Our room was clean and we were well looked after. We certainly appreciated the afternoon cake and coffee included in our stay. Our only suggestion may be to have one additional staff person to assist in the morning breakfast.

The staff at the hotel were amazing and super helpful. The location is very close to central places around. Room were perfect size and clean. The breakfast had a variety of different things- it was clean and tidy buffet and in amazing indoor room. As vegan I had fruit salad, nuts and soy milk(no spreads or yogurt).

Everything was amazing! The staff were very friendly and helpful, even going out of their way to be so. Specifically Marino de Luz was amazing and explained how to get around Lisbon, what to do, etc. The hotel itself is beautiful and it is in a great location. The breakfast was also amazing! I’ve stayed at 5 star hotels that weren’t nearly as nice. I learned FLH stands for Feels Like Home, and we felt like home in the best way! Amazing hotel, I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Check in was easy, front desk staff was very friendly. They were able to accommodate and early check in which I was very appreciative of. WiFi was fast and the view from my room was great! The only complaint I have was the quality of room service. It was very pricey and the quality of the food was not great. I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich and it was so small and barely had any ham in it. Overall I would stay at this hotel again. It was clean and charming and the bed was very comfy.
