Pros: Looks exactly as pictured! Very clean. Minisplit AC worked fantastic. Washer/Dryer combo(bring pods). LOCATION more local feel. Transportation within walking distance. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Ample closet space. Cons: No hand soap or body wash(empty containers); no wash cloths; only 2 hand towels & 2 bath towels per bathroom(females need one just for hair). Shower leaked on floor; only 2 rolls of toliet paper per bathroom. Pillows weren't very comfortable. No top sheet. No ice maker/trays.
Patio does get spray over from sprinklers above late in evening.

With the property management office nowhere near the property, very inconvenient check-in process. Should have someone meet you at the property to check in or have a key drop box so you can go directly to the property.

Appartement spacieux bien situé à proximité de tout: commerces à deux pas, tramway également. Quartier de Graca très sympa et à 10 min à pieds d’Alfama.

The meeting point was far. Property was a bit remote and smelled of stale tobacco. .

Bed sheets were missing, no pillow cases on 2nd bed. No facecloth, little kitchen linens etc. It was not a great experience. We stayed 3 nights.
