The entrance to the property was near the end of a tight alley so everyone’s garbage piled up each day and was picked up late each night. The staircase was narrow and very steep to accommodate the tight space but the photos of the apartment are accurate and it was tidy. Unfortunately the plumbing has been leaking for some time and there is a distinct mold smell that necessitates open doors despite the availability of air conditioning units. In addition, there was a noticeable sewage smell in the hallway that I reported upon arrival which seemed to have been dismissed or misunderstood and therefore remained unaddressed. What seemed at booking to be a reasonable cost for a convenient location put unnecessary stress on us as we were reluctant to spend anytime there. I would not recommend staying here

Très bel appartement et très bien situé. C'était propre et en temps de grande canicule nous avons apprécié l'air climatisé. Un bémol sur l'arrivée. On nous a transmis les informations sur l'arrivée très tard le jour de notre arrivée et les femmes de ménage ont été dans le logement jusqu'à 17h. Nous arrivions de Montréal, Canada, nous étions très fatigués et il faisait 45 degrés. L'hôte connaissait notre heure d'arrivée et comme le logement devait être libre pour 15h, nous avons trouvé que ça manquait un peu de délicatesse. Par ailleurs, les femmes de ménages ont quitté le logement, il y a eu une surcharge électrique qui nous a fait manquer d'électricité pour 2h. Une autre surcharge s'est produite le lendemain, mais nous savions quoi faire à ce moment-là. Les échanges avec l'hôte étaient courtois, même si peu de solutions nous ont été proposées. C'était néanmoins un super endroit, près d'un supermarché et plein de restaurants. On pouvait se rendre partout à pied.
