The hotel is one the nicest weve stayed at. The staff were all lovely, especially the night reception staff. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was very tasty and alot of choices.

Clean, comfortable room with fully controllable air conditioning in a location close to the city centre and transport links to popular out of town attractions such as Belém and Sintra. The location of this hotel is excellent. It is within walking distance of important tourist sites, great cafes and restaurants. The staff was welcoming and helpful, assisting with transfers and other tourist needs. Although it is close to nightlife, the room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. We will stay there again when we return to Lisboa. Thank you, Filipa and colleagues!

The staff are wonderful and were very helpful to accommodate our wheelchair mobility needs. The property is clean and comfortable and in an excellent downtown location. Our room had excellent climate control with comfortable beds and lots of pillows. We were provided with generous, fresh and tasty breakfast boxes as we had a morning flight. We have stayed here 3 times and will absolutely stay again!

My room was lovely and he staff are excellent. Breakfast is a weakness however. €13/15 for basic items and terrible scrambled eggs. The property deserves a better breakfast chef.

The location was excellent for exploring the main sights of Lisbon. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast buffet was good too. But the real highlight was the service from the reception team, particularly the outstanding Daniela for whom nothing was too much trouble, helping all members of our small group in so many ways.
