The location was excellent for exploring the main sights of Lisbon. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast buffet was good too. But the real highlight was the service from the reception team, particularly the outstanding Daniela for whom nothing was too much trouble, helping all members of our small group in so many ways.

The staff was really helpful in giving recommendations around things to do in the area, where to get medications and overall. The air conditioning was powerful and on even when we weren't in the room which is hard to find in Europe. The rooms were always well cleaned by house keeping. Wi-fi was fast.

This hotel was situated in the best place! It overlooks beautiful Rossio Square and you go down the main walkway street through the stone arch to the huge white square and the sea. We loved the hotel, very comfortable bed and vety clean & stylish bsthroom with a great shower! We were lucky to have a great view too. The train station is a 2 minute walk down the street, we took the direct train to Sintra which we highly recommend, the walk on the Moorish Castle was stunning!
