I would not recommend this for short term stay, it is not a hotel. Nobody cleans your room and everyone else in the villa basically lives there. I came in late at night and was reprimanded by multiple tenants. You are also not allowed to bring any guests, even to use the workspace so I was unable to take my business meetings from the desk.
