Wifi was good. Breakfast was enjoyable and by appointment to avoid possible crowdedness. Location right on Praça do Figueira is excellent. Very walkable yet you have boundless public transit options for Metro, Vintage Tram, Modern Tram, Bus, or taxi.

Noise by bldg, night time even moving garbage or homeless persons talks are loud as they sit under the bldg. Shop underneath opens late and starts early at around 6am. Small shower room. Breakfast starts at 7:30 No half/half or other packets in room. Can't turn on even fan in AC. Temp is kept at 18c

Located in the heart of the city near Rossio Square, it made navigating my entire itinerary effortless. Whether walking to nearby landmarks, accessing public transportation, or meeting tour pickups, everything felt seamless. The property was impeccably clean. Even with shared bathrooms, they were maintained beautifully and cleaned multiple times daily. My balcony overlooked the lively Lisbon streets, adding that authentic European touch I always appreciate. There’s also a thoughtfully designed communal space with lounge seating, dining tables, a microwave, and a workspace — ideal for solo travelers who value comfort and functionality. No elevator (pack light if you can 😉), but overall, a beautiful, well-kept stay in one of Lisbon’s best locations.

The staff was nice and polite, the room and the amenities were clean every day. Breakfasts were fully satisfying. Missing was a (folding) table in the room to put the luggage on and avoid reaching to it to the floor for a week.

We enjoyed our stay. The Christmas Market was right outside our window. Such a beautiful site to see. The room was quiet and very clean. We would definitely stay here again.
