The room was clean. We spent six days in Lisbon and have nothing but praise for the staff !!! The view was fantastic. We sat on the small balcony area and thoroughly enjoyed, relished and absorbed the views. These piqued our interests such that We explored all the neighborhoods we saw from our room. Breakfasts were great and the variety was just enough that everyone in our party was always satisfied. There is no elevator, but the hotel staff will assist with your luggage (if you ask politely !!). This is our new favorite in Lisboa!!! ,

Location was very good but the hotel does not have a lift and I had to drag my huge suitcase up multiple flights of stairs. They should have staff to help guests with this. The room was old, dark and dated. Would not stay again.

I liked the room. It was nice, clean and comfortable. But people need to know it's historical so there's no elevator and the lobby is in the second floor. The breakfast was not outstanding, but in general it's a good hotel and good location.

The train station is just outside and the views from the room were fabulous. The take out breakfast was pretty awful (white sandwich bread, 1 slice of meat/cheese. Bathrooms were clean and the bedrooms felt safe and comfortable. Overall, it’s a solid choice for the money.

The hotel was great. It was very clean, the rooms were nice, beds comfy, easy check in and they kept our bags before check in time, and breakfast included was a small buffet. The hotel can be a bit tricky to find, although we had no problems. Reception is on second floor, and there’s no elevator. The worst part was no elevator and having to carry very heavy suitcases up many flights of stairs. Overall great hotel that was clean and great location to many close sights.
