Our flight arrived before checkin time, so we emailed the staff a day or so in advance. We were able to check in and they went out of their way to have the room ready as soon as possible for our use. The staff was very friendly and accomodating.
Room was very nice. Looked recently renovated. It was very noisy outside while trying to sleep. The metro entrance is right below and there were lots of yelling and sirens most of the night. It’s in a great location for walking. No elevator so have to carry luggage up the steps
Breakfast was not exciting but totally adequate. Coffee was excellent!! Staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. We will recommend it to everyone that is going. You should be aware that there is no elevator.
Breakfast was fine, it is prebooked in 30 minute increments. The room and the facilities were very clean including the shared bathrooms. The location is convenient for transportation, restaurants, and shopping. It is important to be aware there is no elevator in the building.

Liked: Cleanliness
Positive: Allowed check-in at 7 am after we arrived on a delayed red-eye flight. Negative: Refused late check-out past 11:30 am. Clerk at front desk simply said "that's impossible." No negotiation. Cleaning staff shouting in hallway during morning hours made it very difficult to sleep.
So it’s crazy that no one else has noted that the picture that this listing has of their exterior is NOT their exterior but rather the view from their hotel. This was sooo confusing. The entrance is in a back alley and difficult to find. Also, they do say in their listing that they do not have a lift, they have a reception on the 2nd floor and our room was on the third. There is no staff or bell hops etc to help you so be aware, you will have to cart your luggage up many many stairs. I would have gladly tipped someone to do it for me! lol
The rooms a very small. I guess not unusual for a downtown European hotel but they certainly looked bigger online!
This hotel is very clean.
It is ideally placed for anyone visiting Lisbon, the metro, buses and taxis are a few metres away.
The hotel has no lift and the reception is on the 2nd floor which might make it awkward for some.
Breakfast is good with a number of options available.
It can be a bit noisy at night so it's best to close the windows and switch on the air conditioner.

Great location for discovering Lisbon. Clean room and staff were helpful.
Included breakfast was GREAT!
Hotel has a good requirement for booking breakfast timeslots, which eliminates surge episodes.
Lots of stairs to navigate, because there is no elevator on the premises.
An extremely convenient location for public subway. We could walk to almost everything we wanted to experience. Didn't need a car!
Glad we brought earplugs, as outside street noise came through the night.
We had a shared-bathroom and all was very clean.
Information for people with reduced mobility: the rooms with shared bathrooms are located on the 4th floor. The reception is on the 2nd floor.
The property is immaculate and centrally located. They provide breakfast and even pack it for you if you have to leave before 7:30 a.m. The staff is SUPER.
Flavia checked us in, and she was so nice and helpful that we are giving her an A+.
The guy who checked us out even helped us with bringing our luggage down.
The only downside is that the property doesn’t have an elevator, but it is so clean, centrally located, and the customer service is so good, that I highly recommend it.
Bed was too small for 2 people. Bed spread was stained. Toilet made an awful noise with every flush and every time you turned on the bathroom sink or shower. The noise from the street drunks below the window lasted all night. Entrance to the hotel is sketchy and in a very dirt location. Hotel entrance is hard to find. Staff was friendly enough though.
The location is great however it is very noisy at night. The windows are not entirely soundproof

The description of the property is deceiving. You walk down an alley that is lined with people smoking crack. When you get to the hotel you have to walk up a steep flight is stairs to get to reception desk. Once there you can ask if there is an elevator and told quite rudely no there is not. There were 3 of us traveling 2 in our 60s with back and knee issues. I asked if there was someone that could help with our bags and once again rudely told NO. They boost that the rooms are soundproof I could the guests in the next room use the washroom. Also could hear the drug addicts outside fighting in the middle of the night.
Breakfast was good. The rooms were clean. My only complaint was you only get two coffee pods for your entire stay. You must purchase additional pods, if you stay for more than one night.
No elevator made getting in and out of our 4th floor room very hard. I’m over 65 and climbing stairs is difficult. I almost slipped in the shower due to slippery surface. They should do better. They did not leave a good supply of clean towels when cleaning.
