Clean and well maintained rooms, good variety of breakfast with a helpful staff. Whilst the hotel is not in the center of the touristy things, it’s just a 15-20 mins walk or 2-4 stops on the subway, and I really liked that it’s in a quieter area and the walk to the center is beautiful on the avenue.

Everything was good , we were there only for two nights ! The location is good however about 30 minutes walking from Rossio train Station and the city center . I also heard a customer complaining about a missing bottle of perfume from their room, that’s all I know .

Good location. The room they gave me was not the best, no view (upgraded to junior suites). the suite had small kitchen, garbage was not picked up daily and I had to call for supply refills. the shower was the big problem for me that they never fixed it after so many requests to fix it.
