Was a little disappointed that I had called ahead of time regarding leaving 2 suitcases at the property for two days as had planned a trip to Porto. Was assured by customer service that was possible. We were in Lisboa for a wedding. Once there the front desk stated NO, we couldn’t do that. Had to change my rental car for a bigger one to accommodate the bags. Not sure what I would have done if the rental company didn’t have a bigger car. Also they dinged me with a much higher fee for the rental.

The rooms were nice and clean but the pictures shown on the website are very misleading. It makes it seem that the reception area is big and spacious when it is just the smallest reception I have ever seen. Also the sofa in this tiny reception area must have been extremely old, because as soon as we sat down it sank really low.
