Fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and opens onto the living and dining area offering a spacious feel to this cosy home.

We offer a meet and greet service from 16:00 till 20:00.

Early Check-in:
Early check-in may be possible, subject to availability. The price varies depending on the hour of check-in.

Late Check-in Fees:
- From 20:00 to 23:00 – €30.00
- After 23:00 – €60.00

The Neighborhood:
Just 50 metres away from Rainha Beach and quick access to all other surrounding beaches, this beautiful 1-bedroom apartment is located off the main pedestrian street, Rua Direita, and is tucked away in a back street. Perfectly located and surrounded by coffee shops, a variety of restaurants and shops, this is the perfect holiday home in the centre of Cascais. We’re happy to recommend some of our tried and tested nearby favourites!

Getting Around:
The train station for trains to Lisbon is just a 4 minute walk, as is the bus station to get to Sintra. There are bike rentals nearby and an array of options for electric bikes and scooter rentals locally.

Pre-Arrival Form
All guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form before their stay.

Tourist Tax
A local Tourist Tax applies to all reservations regardless of nationality. This tax is charged separately from your accommodation cost and must be paid before your check-in date.
The current rate is €4.00 per person per night, with a maximum charge of €28.00 per person. Children under 13 are exempt.
You will receive an invoice for this tax in advance. This tax is mandatory and helps support local infrastructure and tourism services, as required by law.

Accommodation Details
All our properties are self-catering. However, we provide:
- All beds made with fresh linen and towels
- Basic amenities such as toilet paper and soap (for the first 1–2 days)
- If you need additional sets of linen or wish to hire baby or beach equipment, we offer a wide range of amenities. Feel free to ask us for more information, or check your guest area once you’ve booked.

Additional Services
- Airport transfers and day trips (including baby seats if needed) can be arranged—please contact us in advance.

House Rules
- No parties or loud music are allowed. Action will be taken if there are complaints about noise.
- Quiet hours are legally enforced from 23:00 to 07:00. Please keep noise (TV, phone calls, etc.) to a minimum during this time.
- No additional guests are permitted without express permission from the management agency.
- No pets allowed at any of our properties, regardless of size or behaviour, as per our agreements with property owners.

Interaction with Guests:
We are an agency, Portugal Portfolio based in Cascais and we are available if you need us at any time. You will have an emergency contact number but we will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay at your own pace.
