beware ! bed bugs

communication with the owner was not friendly and not accommodating. the owner made us to wait till 4 pm, exact checking time only to say that that cleaning would take longer and we can only drop luggage and leave the apparent for at least another 30 min . meanwhile we were asking since 2 o’clock if we can just leave suitcases and the owner was checking if cleaning stuff is in the apartment .the worst thing we discovered property is infested with bed bugs ,no wonder apartment needed dep cleaning and we couldn’t even drop bagage . we reported to owner he didn’t respond . we left the apartment as soon as possible .

The good: 1. The location is good, you are close to most of the attraction Lisbon as to offer 2. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby The bad: 1. The place is not clean as adverstise. We found a lot of molds on the walls and stains, the shower drain was clog, there's a missing piece on the window cover which lead straight into the bathroom and bedroom alley, a lot of suspicious stain on the sofa and bed. 2. The neighbors are loud, we had a neighbor do a vacuum cleaning trip in the middle of the night and the one below was shouting with his friends a lot. Adding to all of that, the front door doesn't close all the way so you can here everyone coming in and out. 3. At first whome (the owner) was answering our question, but rapidly stop when we had an issue he wouldn't fixed. We had an issue with the dates we entered, they were entered wrong but the person who made the check out dates made a mistake and we had a lot of stress getting kicked out in the middle of our stay, this issue was never answered unfortunatly and luckily we didn't get kicked out.

This property is very well located and was clean and check in was relatively easy to follow although the joining instructions could have been better. Unfortunately when we arrived the WiFi was not working and despite reporting it on day one we received no support until we tried to escalate the issue, even then we received no responses whatsoever and left feeling let down. The TV was also useless for the duration of our stay. Loved Lisbon though.
