Wonderful central location. With Christmas in the air, the whole area was such festive. Very nice and clean apartment. In room Laundry was a plus. Team was very responsive. This place was recommended to us, and it really lived up to it's expectation.

An Excellent place to stay. You are greeted by friendly staff upon arrival. The apartment was big with everything you need for your stay. Very clean with fresh linens changed often. Security was top notch. The place is quiet despite its location in the centre of a busy square. We will return.

We had a wonderful stay at Residentas. My husband and I were traveling with our three children. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and used the couch bed which worked perfectly. The apartment was clean, colorful and very comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring Lisbon on foot. We were presently surprised that the apartment was quiet despite the Christmas festival happening immediately outside! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place! The rooms were welcoming and all the amenities made us really feel at home. Location is great, parking was difficult but it was expected. Loved this hotel! The location is seriously unbeatable. Our room looked right out over Fonte Sul do Rossini, one of the main squares, and the view was stunning. There’s tons to do just steps away, so it made exploring super easy. Plus, having on-site laundry was such a nice bonus. We traveled with my parents and with 4 adults there was plenty of room. Highly recommend!

The rooms were spotless, with a welcoming table set for the four of us. The beds were very comfortable and the location was terrific. Lots of hot water for showers. Overall, a wonderful experience!!!
