Excellent ground floor apartment of 69 m², in the centre of Ericeira, right in front of the beach, with 2 bedrooms and capacity for 5 people.
It features a living room with TV and sofa (which is a sofa bed), two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle.
It also has internet access (wifi) and a hairdryer.
Located 10m from Fishermen's Beach and 130m from Republic Square, one of the most central and emblematic places in Ericeira, where terraces, restaurants and a wide range of shops are located, namely supermarket, pharmacy, clothing stores, decoration, hairdresser and aesthetics, gastronomy and traditional items stores, among others. If you do not intend to travel outside Ericeira, you will not need to take the car for anything during your holidays!

We would like to inform you that, for stays exceeding 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water, and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this amount will be charged at the end of each month.
