Good hotel on a great setting

Very nice hotel in an excellent location. The staff were very friendly, offering a glass of port and orienting us to the city upon our arrival. The breakfasts were very good. The room was small but well designed.

This hotel is in a great area in the heart of everything. The view from our little balcony of the city looking down to the water was stunning. At check-in, we got upgraded to a bigger room. The room was super comfortable and quiet.

I had a wonderful experience at Rossio Plaza Hotel! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the center of Lisbon, just steps from Rossio Square and within walking distance of the main attractions, shops, and restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I really appreciated the little touches, like the complimentary pastel de nata and port wine at check-in—it made the stay feel extra special. The room was modern, clean, and surprisingly quiet considering the central location. The bed was super comfortable, and I slept very well throughout my stay.

It's a nicht place. Clean, good sized rooms, very friendly staff, perfect location. We stayed the 2nd time in this hotel after 3 years. Almost all fine. 👍 The only minus is the quality of the breakfast. Very low-priced ingredients like ham, mortadella, chorizo. Coffee was bitter, cold hard boiled eggs.
