Great stay, great staff!

Great location in the center of all that we wanted to see in Lisbon. The staff was extremely helpful, especially Barbara, in providing information and recommendations. Also assisting us in securing reservations for dinner. The room was very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again if in Lisbon.

Rossio hotel is in a great location. Close to restaurants and transportation. Friendly staff made us feel welcome. Would highly recommend Rossio hotel when visiting Lisbon.

The Rossio Plaza hotel is located at the heart of Lisbon, with Rossio square at your feet! Everything near, a very walkable city and you can be in 9 or 10 minutes at Praça de comercio and the port. Good breakfast, nice and helping staff, the best place to stay in Lisbon!

Rossio Plaza Hotel is in the heart of the city, making it an excellent choice if you want to be close to everything. Check-in was a breeze, and we were even welcomed with a Pastel de Nata, which was such a nice touch. One thing to note if you’re traveling with others: the hotel has two separate wings. We had two rooms booked and ended up in different wings. The main wing is where the lobby and check-in are located, while the second wing is just down the street. In the second wing, the elevator isn’t accessible directly from the first floor, so you’ll need to carry your luggage up some stairs before reaching it. The breakfast offers a nice variety, but in our opinion it’s not worth the £15, especially since there are plenty of great cafes nearby that are both cheaper and authentic. Overall, our stay was great, the room was clean, the location was unbeatable, and the staff were very friendly.

First time in Lisbon. The hotel staff was helpful and staff quickly answered questions sent via Expedia. The staff booked a tour with a minimum of effort to coordinate. The room was clean, shower strong. The location is very good for walking.
