The staff were really pleasant and helpful. Athough the lobbyvad room were both small, they were sufficient for our purposes and the room had an excellent view of the Santa Justa Lift and top of the Cathedral ruins. The lut had brokn dow when we arrived, and the staff oganised for our luggage to be taken up to our fifth floor room for us, so that we didnt have to lug the cases up five flights of stairs.

Perfect location for exploring Lisbon. The room is a little on the small side for x2 people both with suitcases but it was only for a short stay. Lovely reception team eager to help and the Pastel de Nata on arrival was exactly what we needed after an early flight.

Very nice location with convenient access to buses, trams and Metro. Staff very friendly and helpful. Did not use their breakfast because so many local cafes with wonderful coffee and pastries are nearby.

Enjoyed our stay at Rossio Plaza Hotel. Stayed in a superior double or twin room. Room was clean, air conditioned, walk in shower with good pressure and hot water. Twin beds were fine, but could use some better pillows. Air freshener in entrance area was extremely strong! Staff were friendly and helpful. Did not do the breakfast option. Area around the hotel was safe although there were a few homeless and drug dealers on the street who approached us. Room was fairly quiet however it faced the square and there was some loud music outside on one of the nights. Lots of eating establishments and some shopping within walking distance.

The staff was excellent, breakfast had good options, very conveniently located. Sinks could be a bit deeper as water splashed everywhere after I washed my face. Fridge needs to be a bit colder, and washroom plug needs to be able to support hair appliances, besides just shaver and hair dryer. But overall would recommend staying

Heart of Lisbon

Wonderful location. We were able to walk to most sites we wanted to see. The hotel was modern and well maintained with a comfortable bed. Our only issue was the sink was difficult to use because the shelf above interfered when you rinsed your mouth after brushing.
