Tiny, noisy, clammy with no ventilation other than opening windows facing courtyard where neighbors smoked, incl pot. Clatter from restaurant. Toilet in the shower, kinda gross? Great geographic location and cheapest I could find that’s not a hostel.

The property is placed in a very good area close to downtown core. It has almost every thing you need, small kitchen sink, electric kettle for tea/coffee, Nestcafe Pixie Espresso machine, IKEA induction 2 burner hob, all necessary cutlery, cork & cap remover, metal bowls with lids, plastic bowls, range hood, TV with Starz & other channels, loveseat with bunkbed above, cute wall decorations. The bunkbed is accessible climbing a stair case cabinet with quite tall steps. BEWARE: it is quite challenging to climb and especially go to the tiny washroom/shower enclosure descending from the bed during night which may be very difficult for elder and people having motion problems. The tiny shower/toilet has a sliding glass door an a curtain to cover the toilet when having a shower. The toilet reservoir has a mini-sink on top where you may wash your hands with cold-only water. The shower has a temperature adjustment knob on left and the water tap on right. The shower cord is long enough to reach the toilet. We arrived around noon and we were lucky that a couple of very nice neighbors helped us to reach the owner even we informed the owner of arrival time in advance. We had to wait more than a couple of hours for cleaning and we had difficulties in communicating with owner. After we paid the tourist fee, he never replied to our messages and concerns. BEWARE: the key to access the building has to be placed in a special position ~1mm out in order to open the ground level door.

Apartamento mucho más pequeño de lo que aparentan las fotos. Algunos elementos en mal estado: grifo roto, puerta del balcón desencajada, estanterías inestables, sumidero roto, el baño se inunda con el agua de la ducha con mucha facilidad, luces estropeadas, falta de algunos elementos básicos de menaje de cocina, etc

Il m'a été demandé de justifier mon identité dés le début pour mon enregistrement c'était assez contraignant et le site était peu lisible, l'appartement était mignon mais ceci-dit énormément de problème : j'ai notifié mon arrivé à 10h du matin et impossible d'avoir le gérant au téléphone avant au moins 15 min, ensuite quasiment 1h30 pour envoyer un mail pour payer des taxes et m'envoyer le code de la boîte à clé ... nous avons perdu 2h au final à attendre debout sous la chaleur que tout se mette en place c'était très long et fastidieux. Le ventilateur mural pour le lit ne marchait pas (beaucoup de chaleur la nuit c'était compliqué de dormir) Le chauffage était fissuré, qui plus est de la moisissure était présente dans la salle de bain et une odeur d'égout nauséabonde se dégageait constamment dans l'appartement. À noter aussi que des restes alimentaires entamés d'anciens locataires étaient encore présent (Pringles et pain de mie) Le summum : aucunes serviettes n'a été changée entre temps durant le séjour (4 jours avec la même serviette qui galérait à sécher vu la chaleur ...) et seulement 2 savons et shampooings ont été ajoutés pour les 4 jours de séjour c'était misérable. Honnêtement je ne recommande vraiment pas cet établissement, c'est dommage ce petit studio à vraiment un charme.

Nos gustó muchísimo, cómodo y limpio , con una excelente ubicación aunque el exterior no es agradable. Hay transporte público cercano y muy buenos sitios para desayunar.
