I really want to give this property 4 stars but just can’t. There were lots of positives but a few big negatives too.
Pros
Amazing location
It had been cleaned so no dust or anything
Comfortable beds
Big windows for great cross breeze even in summer heat.
Size of space was perfect for our needs.
Cute space.
Cons
The bathroom door did not open and close. We had to leave it cracked open or risk getting stuck. It meant not going in the living room if anyone was in the bathroom. Do not stay here unless they confirm it has been fixed. We did report it. He asked for pictures but then never responded to anything else.
Couch in living room was stained and too big for the small space so it blocked the way to walk from the bed rooms to the living room.
Kitchen had a ripped pillow in the window seat.

Steep 5 floor walk up - fine for us
Like any city place with good location it could get noisy at night but a quieter place wouldn’t be located so well.
Parking can be tough but we just payed to be in large lot nearby.
Great transportation options right there.
Kitchen was not set up well if you want to cook dinner but fine if you want to make light meals. Also, the kitchen had a foul odor, possibly a plumbing issue. Only on the kitchen near the sink.
Overall if the bathroom door and odor get fixed this is a cute place to say.
