Note: We would like to inform you that for stays longer than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this amount will be charged at the end of each month. We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, established in the form of a lodging tax on all AL properties.
