Enjoy one of the best views in town from your own private terrace. Located in Graça - one of the coolest neighborhoods in Lisbon, the apartment has an upper floor w / double bedroom and private ensuite bathroom and a ground floor w / twin bedroom, bathroom, living room, open plan dining room and kitchen and terrace. Free wifi, fireplace and air conditioning. Totaly renovated in January 19.

Situated in one of the oldest neighborhoods in Lisbon where you can enjoy life as a local. Cable TV, high speed wifi internet, air conditioning and heating and amenities are provided.
Paid private parking just 250mts from the house.

Felipa and her sister were wonderdul to work with. This apartment is in a great location with exceptional views from balcony and the local neighborhood as well. Everything was exceptionally clean and there were no bugs.. We used the washer which worked great. Beds were very comfortable. The Grace apartment is a very well appointed with room to accomodate several people. We used Uber for rides but there are taxis as well. One day we took Line 28 trolly and had a great time. There are many restaurants and markets just a short distance away. We would definitely stay here again, without question.

The host Filippe was amazing and was very responsive and accommodating. The apartment was immaculate and comfortable. The location was super convenient. The views of Lisbon was mismerizing. Transportation via trams, taxis were very easy. Local stores were in an easy walking distance. Perfect place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay here. The host Filipa was an exceptional communicator. She was always quick to respond, and was very professional. She was also incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help me recover an item we had accidentally left behind, which we truly appreciated.The apartment itself is excellent. It was comfortable, well-kept, and in a great location within easy walking distance of several main attractions in the town area, restaurants, and supermarkets. The view from the balcony was fantastic, overlooking the charming town below.I highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again!

The balcony has lovely views; we sat out almost every night enjoying the beautiful view of the city. The furniture was comfortable and the unit was clean and bright. The only drawback was the stairs going up to the second floor bedroom are quite tricky to negotiate and because there isn't a door, I would not recommend children sleep upstairs.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, beautifully updated, and centrally located, with an amazing view. Evelin was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Since we arrived very early from the US and no one had stayed the night before, she kindly let us check in early after the cleaning was done. Not many places would do that! The neighborhood is up-and-coming, though there was some trash around. The only downsides were some construction noise next door and beds that were a bit firm for our taste. Overall, it was a great experience and we’d happily come back!

Excellent Place with Great Views!

From the moment we checked in, we were greeted and made to feel at home. Apartment was clean and well maintained, and the views were amazing. Very close to shops and food. Only negative was the construction next door, but it was not loud just unsightly.

Modern, clean, proper double bed, and amazing view

Everything was perfect. There’s a really nice balcony for sitting out with a spectacular panoramic view of Lisbon. The flat is nice and quiet. There are two showers, two toilets, all are clean and modern. The kitchen area is nice. They left us a bottle of wine in the fridge, which was a nice welcome. You do have to walk up some steps from the main road at the bottom, but I think that’s the same for everywhere in Lisbon and the exercise was good for us overall it was about three minutes walk on the level to get to supermarket and a bunch of restaurants at the end of the road. I would totally recommend this for two people, perhaps three or four.

Very clean and comfortable home

Very nice house with terrace overlooking the city. Long walk to downtown Lisbon with challenging hills. However Ubers readily available and inexpensive. Local residential neighborhood with convenient market, we did miss having a microwave. Fillipa is an excellent host.

Fabulous property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Graca. The property was just as described….. beautiful view from the patio and walking distance to many restaurants and markets. The responsiveness of Felipa and Ana could not have been better. Statler and Waldorf (Ana will understand) could not have had any better tour guide. Holiday in Lisbon

We stayed for 5 days and the property was wonderful. Very clean and had all the amenities of home. Location was close to several nice restaurants and not far from the historic center. The view from the back deck was amazing. We loved our stay and would definitely come back.

We had a welcoming and warm greeting by Ana once we arrived. She showed us the property thoroughly which was very clean and beautifully designed. The amazing view from the balcony is just as the pictures show. Location is great, just a short walk to the main street. Our stay was very comfortable and relaxing.

The description is acurate and the view is really stunning. The apartment is clean, well equipped and very good location. Lovely View!

Centrally located apartment with easy access to community stores and restaurants. The balcony view is amazing! We booked a car tour with Ana our co-host which was a great experience. She was very helpful and friendly. Can’t wait until next time!!
