I didn't realize the bathroom was separate from the room but it was really big with a nice hot shower I was very happy with that. Everyone was very friendly and nice. I would go back again.

Very nice spacious room, though without closet or dresser. Community kitchen was very convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the head of the cleaning staff and the front desk staff.

Well.....2 night stay, 1st day they had to move me because no water in the bathroom on the floor, next day new room have a shower and look down and standing in 2-3" of brown sewer water! Sink also backed up while shaving. Offer to move me again but because I was catching an early flight the next morning decided to just stay put. Asleep early and alarm keeps going off every 2 min for about 2 hours! Wide awake at this point, go down to reception, ask for "some" concession for what I had to put up with during this stay, told would contact manager....no reply. Sorry, high hopes, but just can't recommend this hotel.

Clean and comfortable

Very clean, cute and comfortable. We were there for one night in February and had to use the heater which worked great. Close to shopping mall with several food options. About a 10 min drive to airport with no traffic.

Good Choice

A 7 min. walk up an inclining street. Spotlessly clean older building with new bathroom and access to a modern kitchen. Handy to Campo Pequeno metro and super underground mall with food court and supermarket.

Comfortable and clean hotel

Grateful for the hotel staff for the early check in, i had a long day and that was so much appreciated, the room is clean and comfortable, The location of this hotel is perfect, walking distance to many restaurants and cafes.

The staff was helpful. The room did not have a desk or a chair. The property was not soundproof - the elevator was so loud it sounded like construction work, and you could hear people going up and down the stairs.
