Outstanding hotel find after been stranded in Lisbon for an evening. Check-in by Renata was fantastic, she shared a wealth of information to maximize my limited time in the city (e.g., Time Out Market, walks, etc.). Room, was spacious, modern, and clean w/ views of the Cristo Rei statue. The hotel is a ~25 min walk to restaurants / shopping but I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Wonderful Hotel

We stayed for five nights and loved our stay at The Emerald House. The room was very comfortable and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is very good and you can easily get to down town Lisbon by foot or tram/bus. Quite a few very nice restaurants close by too.

Stayed there during 2 day visit to Lisbon. It was clean, walkable to transit and other areas. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. The breakfast in the morning (included with my stay) had lots of options for all. My room was clean, shower was fantastic and my bed was comfortable. I was able to store my luggage as I arrived before check in time.

Really good location, quiet location and easy to get transport around the Lisbon, including the public transport. View outside the hotel is really good, overlooking the main Lisbon bridge, Jesus statue, and Tagus River.

Perfection!

We absolutely loved our stay at The Emerald House. It is located across from the antiquities museum where we spent our firs afternoon in Lisbon as we tried to stay awake and adjust to the time change. It is in a quieter part of Lisbon which we really like but walkable to all the churches, restaurants and sights. We took the metro in from the airport but if you have a lot of luggage I would recommend you Uber, we travel light. I can't recommend it enough. The staff were delightful and the bed was a dream
