You will find 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms throughout the property. The villa features a private fully-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, washing machine, and dedicated workspace. Additional amenities include self check-in and a shared billiard table for entertainment.
Step outside to your private uncovered terrace filled with light, where you can spend evenings having a drink or reading a book while relaxing. The surface pool is great for everyone, especially children, and a private grill allows you to prepare meals outdoors. Please note that food and drinks are not permitted inside the pool area.
Parking is available both at the property and on the street. Pets are allowed with prior consultation and fees may apply. Events are permitted on the property. Smoking inside the house is not allowed, and quiet hours from 9 pm to 9 am must be observed to avoid loud noises and music. Extra guests require prior consultation and fees may apply.
