Fabulous property with garden, sea view, located near Ribeira D\'Ilhas Beach, 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people. It has a living room with sofa, TV and fireplace, a dining area, a bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with 2 single beds, an upstairs living area with a sofa (which is a double sofa bed), a bathroom with a bathtub, a bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Upstairs there is a balcony that surrounds the house, with a magnificent sea view and equipped with outdoor furniture. Outside on the ground floor there is a garden and a spacious terrace with a barbecue and a dining area. This property is located in a quiet residential area, just a few metres from Ribeira D\'Ilhas Beach (10 minutes walk) and 4km from the centre of Ericeira. The house has an indoor video surveillance system, which is always deactivated.Note: We would like to inform you that for stays longer than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of the said consumptions exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this value will be charged at the end of each month.We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, instituted in the form of an overnight stay tax on all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.40 in the high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in the low season (1 November to 30 April). The payment of this tax is not included in the accommodation fee and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is annually changed by the Mafra City Council, so changes to the presented values may occur.
