Decent apartment, good location, fixable issues

My stay was okay, and I liked the location. But there were a few issues that were disappointing. First, check in began at 2 p.m., and I informed the host that I would arrive at 4:30 p.m. I received a message around 3:30 p.m. that the apartment was ready. And yet, when I arrived at about 4:40 p.m., the cleaner was still cleaning the apartment. Second, the toilet seat was broken. Third, due to a mutual communication issue, the host and I arranged for one of their employees to pick up the remaining funds from the apartment the day after I checked in. When I asked what time the employee would be coming by, I did not receive a response (but was later told that an employee had responded, which was not true—I checked). And when the employee finally did show up, she simply opened the door without knocking first (although she was apologetic). Finally, Wi-Fi connection instructions should be provided either in the welcome email or written somewhere clearly upon entering the apartment. I shouldn’t have had to request the instructions from the host (which, itself, required an Internet connection), just to be told that it was on the back of the router.

Noisy!

It was very noisy outside starting Friday afternoon and lasted until late Sunday night. People were drinking, talking loud, sitting around in front of the entrance. Seems like the place next door hosted events that drew the people there. But the place was nice.

Pas de parking comme indiqué et wifi décevant

Malheureusement, notre séjour à Lisbonne n’a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes. Le parking proposé ne correspondait pas à ce qui était indiqué dans l'annonce. Celui vers lequel nous avons été dirigés était à plus de 15 minutes en voiture et à un tarif onéreux. Cela a rendu notre séjour beaucoup moins agréable et pratique. Nous espérons que ce problème sera résolu pour les futurs voyageurs.

Anbieter hat sich kurz vor Antritt der Reise plötzlich über Karte beschwert, obwohl ganz normal funktionsfähig hinterlegt. Nach einigem hin und her stornierte Anbieter von selber weniger als 24 Stunden vorher. Für mich fraglich ob Angebot überhaupt ernstzunehmen. Mir scheint es ging eher darum meine Kartennummer in einer Nachricht übermittelt zu bekommen.

O quarto é bem confortável e limpo, porém a acessibilidade a ele é péssima. Uma escada muito íngrime e degraus muito estreitos. Foi dificílimo subir e descer as minhas malas e não havia ninguém para ajudar. A responsável não respondeu a todas as minhas questões.

Não alugaria se soubesse as dificuldades

O apartamento é muito antigo e precisa ser reformado. A escada para acesso é muito íngreme e com degraus pequenos. Não serve para pessoas com dificuldades de locomoção ou com muitas bagagens. A localização é excelente.
