Pros: Excellent staff. From arriving to leaving all staff were pleasant and attentive, could not ask for more.
Location: Good location close to Lord Street shopping.
Very cold in the bathroom in room due to large gap around toilet outlet pipe. Room very near to guests entrance and was disturbed into the small hours with guests coming and going. Buffet breakfast very good.
