Welcome to this classic-style villa with a private pool, ideal for up to 10 guests, located in Lloseta, at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range.



The heart of the villa is its large private chlorine pool, measuring 12 x 6 meters and with a depth of 1 to 2 meters. Perfect for refreshing on sunny days, the pool is fenced for greater safety and surrounded by a large terrace equipped with 4 sun loungers and 2 umbrellas. Next to the pool, a cozy porch furnished invites you to enjoy the outdoors, with comfortable sofas, a dining area and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. For barbecue lovers, the property has a fixed and a mobile barbecue.



Inside, the villa combines elegance and comfort in every corner. Upon entering, the large living room has sofas, armchairs, a piano and a cozy dining area. The modern, fully equipped kitchen with appliances such as a dishwasher, oven and induction hob includes a practical adjoining dining room for sharing delicious family moments. In addition, the house has a library-style living room with satellite TV and comfortable sofas, ideal for relaxing afternoons.



The villa offers 5 bedrooms designed to ensure maximum comfort. Three of them have double beds and the other two have two single beds each, perfect for children or friends. The master bedroom is a unique space, with a TV, a small gym, a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. In addition, the house has two additional shower bathrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub, ensuring the comfort of all guests.



Every detail of this villa is designed to make you feel at home while enjoying an unforgettable vacation. It has air conditioning in all rooms, central heating, Wifi connection, satellite TV, garage and appliances such as washing machine, dryer and vacuum cleaner. If you are traveling with babies, you can also request a crib and highchair for greater comfort.

As required by law, we need to request copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests over 14 years of age. This information will be sent by email.



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called the Ecotax, which must be paid per guest over 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. During the high season and from the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotax is paid on site.
