The house is perfectly adapted to the current times and it is solar powered. With 7000 meters2 and a living area of 152 m2 on one level, this villa has everything you need to enjoy the best holidays.



This beautiful rustic style house is located on the outskirts of Llubí, a small quiet village in the interior of the island. Llubí is a small town located in the center of Mallorca where you will find restaurants, bars and some shops. It is also just 20 minutes by car from the bay of Alcudia and its spectacular sandy beaches, or from the coves of Port de Pollença. It is also very close to Palma, the capital of the island.

Keep in mind that airplanes usually pass in this area, which may be an aspect to consider for some tenants.
