The true star of this wonderful townhouse is the private chlorine pool -that sizes 7 x 3 metres and has a water depth ranging from 1.2 to 2 metres-. It invites to cool down after sunbathing by it or at the top terrace. There is a chill-out area and 6 sunloungers in total. This terrace is perfect to cook delicious BBQs alfresco and if you wish you can also prepare them at the exterior kitchen end enjoy them right there or at the furnished backyard. The kitchen, with ceramic hob, is located in the glazed space with barbecue. Then there are 2 bedrooms with wardrobe, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, and the other with a bunk bed. The rooms in this house offer ceiling fan and heating by electric wall radiators. In the apartment, there is a living room, with TV-SAT and A/C, a cozy kitchen-dining room with ceramic hob, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, and a bathroom with shower. Two guests can sleep on the 2 sofa beds in this living room. There are 2 cribs and 2 high chairs.
