Sa Vinyota - Villa With Private Pool In Llubí

In the well-kept garden you can sunbathe on one of the five sunbeds, play with your children or cool off in the private chlorine pool. The pool is 8m x 4m and has a depth between 1m and 1.5m. If you want to take a quick shower, there is an outside bathroom with shower. From the garden you have a beautiful idyllic view of the countryside and the animals that live there, including horses, goats and ostriches. In the presence of the owner, you can go to see the animals. The porch is ideal for a barbecue with friends and is a very unique place because it is decorated with old country tools. Besides, there is a terrace with panoramic views over the countryside towards the mountains. Depending on the season and availability you can take fresh oranges straight from the tree. This beautiful house is fenced and the guests have access to the ground floor, since the upstairs is closed and uninhabited. On one floor there is a comfortable living room with satellite TV and AC, a well-equipped kitchen with gas cooker, one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and AC, a third bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom with bathtub and heater. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are also three fans and three radiators at your disposal and, on request, we can prepare a cot and highchair for our youngest guests. This property is situated in a quiet area in a rural setting and is ideal for those who want to be in touch with nature. On the property, within an enclosure, there are living several animals and the owner feeds them every day. In Llubí you find a grocery store, restaurants and cafes. Large supermarkets and services are in Inca and Muro. Tuesday is market day in Llubí and there you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables from local farmers. A car is necessary. More or less 20 minutes drive takes you to the north coast and is known for its beautiful beaches. Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa are some examples of beaches for families with every service you can imagine.Aswell you can find here Serra de Marina and Playa de Muro, these beaches are less animated because they are natural beaches. In Son Serra de Marina you can find a good restaurant next to the beach. Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay.
