Son Calet is a very nice luxury country house in modern style and equipped with first quality, situated on a plot of 120,000 square meters with orange trees in a quiet area on the outskirts of Muro.
The house has 250 sqm and it is distributed on one floor, consists of a spacious living room with plasma TV, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric coffee pot and nexpresso coffe machine, toaster, blender, juicer, etc.
Three bedrooms, one with double bed 2x2, one with a double bed 1,80 x1,90 and the third bedroom with two single beds 0,90 x1,90, and two bathrooms with shower.
It is equipped with air conditioning and heating throughout the house, wireless Internet, iron, hair dryer, washing machine.
Outside terrace of 350 sqm and 600 sqm garden. The pool 10x5 mts. and depth of 1 m. to 1.80 m. Also grill with kitchen countertop and sink. Garage of 80 sqm.
Just a 15-minute driving you will find the best beaches in the north of Mallorca, Playa de Muro, Playa de cas Capella in Can Picafort, Playa de Son Serra de Marina, Puerto Alcudia ...
