This charming finca near Llubí, with private pool and barbecue, is an oasis of serenity for families up to 4 persons.
The finca is located on the outskirts of the village Llubi, which can even be reached on foot or by bike. In the center there are restaurants, cafes and stores. By car, you can easily reach the coast and family beaches like Can Picafort and Playa de Muro. The region of Llubí is also known for its cycling routes and trails that wind through fields and forests, giving you the opportunity to explore the natural beauty of the island at your own pace. Large supermarkets can be found in Inca and Sa Pobla.
Outside, you will be greeted by the warm rays of the sun on a spacious terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and an irresistible 6x4 meter private chlorine pool. Enjoy unforgettable moments by the barbecue, surrounded by fruit trees and a well-tended garden. For lovers of fresh breakfast, our henhouse guarantees freshly laid eggs according to the mood of our hens. For your comfort, especially in summer, there is an outdoor bathroom with shower.
Inside, you'll find a cozy dining room with satellite TV, perfect for relaxing after a day full of adventures. The fully equipped kitchen features appliances, including a dishwasher, ceramic hob and filter coffee maker, among others. The house has two air-conditioned bedrooms, both with comfortable double beds and closets. In addition, we facilitate your stay with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and for those who need to stay connected, we offer wifi connection throughout the property, even for those who work remotely. If you are traveling with your family, a crib and highchair are available upon request.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each adult. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season (May to October) and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season (November to April). From the ninth night on, this amount is reduced by half (during high season).
Parties / events are not accepted.
The deposit will be held through a credit card and the client will have to provide his details through a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
