Welcome to this wonderful villa for 6 guests, located in the Las Palmeras residential area, just 5 minutes from Cala Blava.
The outdoor areas of the property are ideal for making the most of the Mediterranean climate. The highlight is the large 12 x 6-metre private saltwater pool, with a depth ranging from 1.30 to 2 metres, surrounded by lawn, sun loungers and an outdoor shower, perfect for cooling off before entering the house. The furnished porch is ideal for enjoying a delicious barbecue or dining outdoors.
The interior is arranged over two floors and offers spacious, bright rooms. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a Smart TV, a dining area and an open-plan kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob and all the utensils you need to cook just like at home. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. On the same floor, you will find a bedroom with two single beds, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there is a second lounge area with a wardrobe, as well as two bedrooms with double beds, air conditioning and direct access to a private terrace each. One of the bedrooms also has its own dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. If you are travelling with a baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair.
Las Palmeras is a peaceful residential area in the municipality of Llucmajor, located near Cala Blava, 20 km from Palma, the island’s capital. The area combines residential properties with small local businesses such as bars, pharmacies and a neighbourhood market held on Saturdays. The coves of Cala Blava and Bellavista are just a few minutes away by car and are perfect for swimming and enjoying their crystal-clear waters and rocky seabeds. It is an excellent base for visiting Palma, its historic centre, Llucmajor, Cala Pi and the spectacular cliffs of the south coast.
