Villa “Son Veri de la Marina” with Pool and Sea Views

The house is located just behind Club Nàutic S'Arenal, a short walk from the famous S'Arenal beach, in a quiet neighborhood.



On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom and a bathroom adapted for wheelchairs, as well as a private garage, gym, and sauna. The first floor features a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a guest toilet, and three bedrooms: one with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom, another with a double bed, and one with a trundle bed for two. These last two bedrooms share a private bathroom. On the second floor, there are four more bedrooms: two with double beds and en-suite bathrooms, one with two single beds, and another with a trundle bed. The last two bedrooms share a bathroom located in the hallway.



There is Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms, satellite TV and streaming, three cots, and two high chairs for children. The house offers a covered terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue area, a ping-pong table, and a fenced pool. There is also a furnished terrace on the first floor with fantastic sea views. The main bedrooms on the second floor also have terraces with stunning views.



Shops, restaurants, and S'Arenal beach are just a 5-minute walk away.



Rules:



- Groups under 30 years old are not allowed (unless traveling with family). No parties, loud noise, or music after 10 p.m.

- Do not use our towels at the beach.

- All lights and air conditioning must be turned off when leaving the house.

- Please empty the trash regularly.

- No pets or smoking indoors.

- Pool maintenance staff comes every Wednesday around 3 p.m. This does not include cleaning the house, terrace, or barbecue.

This villa offers its guests a sauna and a fitness center. Public spaces have free WiFi. A terrace, barbecue grills, and a garden are also featured at the family-friendly villa.
