4 bedroom stunning home in Løkken

On an open nature plot in Nr. Lyngby, north of Løkken and overlooking fields, this vacation home with covered terrace awaits you on 28 m². This outdoor area is a nice place with garden furniture and barbecue, where you can be in the fresh air in any weather.

In the house there are four spacious bedrooms with wooden floors and two sleeping lofts, one of which offers two mattresses and the other with 15 m² is arranged as a play area for children. The spacious activity room with billiards and table tennis is close to the large bathroom with whirlpool and sauna. The spacious living room is connected to the well-equipped kitchen. Most rooms have an open roof ridge and the large windows provide plenty of natural light in the house. Beautiful terraces surround the house and children can play on the lawn.

Take trips to Løkken and Lønstrup with stores and restaurants, and take lovely walks through the area and to the beach.

Haus war komplett ausgekühlt Spinngewebe hinter den Treppen Kamin war nicht gereinigt keine Info das der Strom komplett intern abgelesen wird und keine Info über das Haus wie oder was funktioniert Alles andere war sehr schön

Mooi en goed huis met fantastisch uitzicht in een rustige omgeving.Je kunt fantastisch tafeltennissen en poolen.2 punten ter verbetering:Doe svp iets aan de bedden, met name de matrassen. Die zijn oud, versleten en hellen naar binnen.Vitrage, lamellen is niet de geschikte vitrage voor dit type huisjes. Buiten dat er een aantal lammel stukken niet ophingen, hebben we deze gevonden en zelf nog, wat we gevonden hebben gerepareerd.

Super leuk huis. Het is daar stil, je kunt er heerlijk vertoeven met tafeltennis en een biljarttafel. Ook fijn de deense zenders op tv en netflix optie. Buiten dat zit je zeer centraal. Je bent in een uur in Skagen, maar ook binnen 45 min bij het mooie Fosdalen - Slettestrand. En op 10 minuten afstand van Rudbjerg Knude. De grote supermarkt in Lokken is een kleine 15 minuten en het strand maar op een paar minuten afstand. Kortom een echte aanbeveling.Tips: Vitrage vervangen, geen lammellen meer en de bedden zijn echt aan vervanging toe. Beiden met pijn in ons rug. 2 persoons zijn te klein en hel je naar binnen en 1 persoons zijn te zacht.
