Holiday cottage with activity room located at the small fishing village Nr. Lyngby between Løkken and Lønstrup. From the living room, activity room, terrace and plot there is a little sea view. With its many m², the house is very spacious and furnished with open concept kitchen/living room, activity room with billiards, airhockey and darts, TV and DVD. Three bedrooms, mezzanine, bathroom with whirlpool and sauna and guest toilet with shower. The house is highly insulated and equipped with fireplace and air-to-air heat pump, which reduces energy costs to a minimum. All tiled floors are equipped with underfloor heating. The decor is bright and tasteful in modern Danish cottage style. Because of the large windows, the light can fill the house and this is therefore very appealing and suitable for holidays. Owner has with a sure sense of good details and emphasis on quality and functionality achieved a very pleasing whole and a very attractive house. Large, open terrace. The plot is open, a little elevated and with a view of the area and a peek of the sea. No letting to youth groups.
