    place is exactly what we were looking for- a clean apartment in Soho with 4 beds to accommodate our group of 4 guys. While there aren't many frills, the apartment has everything it needs. Jim is also a very good host with great communication. At the price we paid, it was perfect.

    perfect location, 30 sec walk to main oxford street host is friendly, nice and response very quickly. reasonable price compared other 3 bed flat nearby. very recommend this flat!
