Guests have access to the entire home except for some kitchen cupboard spaces where we store our refills. Guests also have full access to the garden.

We are available by phone or your chosen booking platform, and will respond to all your queries and questions within the hour during 8am-10pm and on some occasions, outside of these hours.

We require the following for anyone who books to provide:
- A security deposit
- A signed rental agreement
- ID verification

The security deposit will be fully refunded subject to full inspection after check-out.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please ensure any trash/rubbish has been placed in the bins outside following recycling guidelines. Please refer to the recycling documents available in the kitchen for guidance.
Place all used towels in one pile in the bathroom. Close all windows and balcony doors before you leave the property. Turn off all radiators, TVs & lights.
Lock the front door and return the key to lockbox.
