The residence consists of a ground floor reception room with solid hard wood floors, bespoke bookcase and dining table to seat 8, fully fitted kitchen with granite work surfaces and professional grade Gaggenau appliances with subzero refrigerator, lounge and cinema room which is perfect for entertaining with a 46' plasma screen television, Crestron surround sound system and mini bar. The first floor consists of a master bedroom with fitted wardrobes, built-in television, en-suite bathroom with separate shower, marble finish and a further plasma screen, a second double bedroom with en-suite shower room. The property further benefits from a study, guest cloak room, under floor heating, electronic blinds and off street parking.

Access can include our private gated parking spot in front of the house at a rate of £20/day.
