Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
3 hrs before checkin she tells me I’m now staying in Romford as the house has no gas. We agree at £25 she never sends. I arrived at the 4 bedroom house. 3 bedrooms locked and only one available. Midnight I’m looking for somewhere else. She accuses me of using the bed!! Which I didn’t as had to leave as we needed two beds. Won’t issue refund and tells me I should have told her sooner so she could cancel it. Very disgusted and my 7 year old was dragged around in the night while we tried to find somewhere else.
