Great Location

The location was central to everything and within walking distance. Unfortunately, after a long flight and train ride, the key access was very difficult. I lost cell access and another family member helping me had a difficult time figuring things out. It took us over 1 hour to get things sorted. We got into the flat and the bedding arrangements were as expected. The kitchen was adequate for our needs. The flat could have been cleaner. We couldn't get the TV to work. There were some plumbing issues that we were able to shore up on our own, but these need to be addressed. One water closet and shower was a challenge for 10 people, but we made it work. In all, the host was very responsive, and we had a great time! If we return to London in the future, we hope to revisit this flat, especially due to the location. Thank you!

Not recommendable

Great location indeed but the cleanliness and other facilities of the apartment were just terrible. The apartment key was badly bent and broke on the second attempt to open the door, wifi and heating didn't work, bedding and wet towels from the previous tenant were in the closet, a glass full of cigarette butts on the balcony, no table available for eating and the worst: mold in the bathroom and various other rooms
