The staff are brilliant at this hotel i was talking with the guy who does the night shift for ages about everything and when they changed staff this morning he said i didn't have to check out till 11.30am and no rush this is the 5th time i have stayed here just this year i will be back ASAP such a nice place one of the best in Kings Cross
