Hotel pulito a due passi dalla stazione

Ci siamo fermati in questo Hotel solo una notte perché eravamo di passaggio. La camera molto pulita, lenzuola profumate, letto comodo. Stanza un po' piccolina e un po' scomodo portare su le valigie con le scale. Bagno pulito ma con odore di sigaretta o altro(?). Posizione ottima se si deve prendere metro o treno, a 3 minuti dalla stazione King's Cross e S. pancras

A great place to stay, the two gentlemen I dealt with were ever so polite and offered a lot of help. The room was very clean with coffee and water provided, a very quiet and peaceful place considering location. Will definitely stay again next time I stay over in London.

Will not return.

The room was small and stunk of curry. There were noises from everywhere, the flooring had gaps in it and the bathroom not clean. There were marks all over the walls god knows what they were. The key holder for the lights was very temperamental. The room was too warm. Couldn’t wash, and not sanitary disposable facilities.

Room quality was expected for the price, but some constant mechanical whirring coming from somewhere else in the property every 10 seconds or so made it very difficult to drift off the sleep. Had to put headphones in to block the sound but didn’t make much difference. Receptionist during check-in/check-out was very friendly and efficient. Just a shame about whatever that noise was.

It was close to the Eurostar It had bottled water It had tv It had a wireless phone charger Quick check in/ check out Baggage storage It was tiny, bed was against the window Smallest sink I have ever seen, couldn’t get a wash in it Shower door didn’t shut properly Cobwebs on light fitting Rubbish under the pillow. Pillows were extremely thin Dodgy fitting where you put the key card for lights etc, was temperamental Room was extremely hot, a fan was provided but too noisy at nighttime to have it on It definitely wasn’t a 3 star hotel I’m disappointed that I booked this two days before and if I booked it on the day it would of been £30 cheaper

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was clean although it was in the basement so there was a slight damp smell. As you walked down to the room. Room was very basic. Very little storage with one coat hanger on a rack which had the kettle beneath it, so not practicable for hanging any clothes. It was fine for us as it was a one night stop. Would have liked a hairdryer too. Slept well enough though.

Nothing like the pictures. The rooms are super small. Dirty, other people’s hair everywhere. And the noise. If someone next room sneezes you hear like is with you. Above room had the tv on all night long. Impossible to rest. Stay away

Not ideal specific for lone female traveller

Arrived whilst staff member was handing laundry out to external cleaning service so not best welcome. Given a room on the top floor despite being a hot day and no air con so lower ground would have been better. No running water on arrival so couldn’t wash hands. Asked for a room move; moved to first floor. Door lock was bashed in however did work but left a feeling of being unsafe. Water came back on about 20 minutes later. Room had a Juliet balcony which was nice but door didn’t lock and the balcony joined across two rooms with the ability to get past the barrier / only first floor so could have been accessed. Someone attempted to get in the room approximately 2.30 in the morning, had to shout to stop them entering. Generally felt unsafe and wouldn’t stay again.

ok for one night

The room was small, no space to move around. The bed was on wheels and it kept moving around on the hard floor. There was a lot of shouting going on at 6am, we think from within the hotel.
