Room was clean, smelt like previous visitors were still in there. Weird smell. Outdoor jacuzzi was the coldest I’ve been in, I know it’s December but for that reason, they could have made it warmer. Nice views out there. Lack of customer service for me, especially as I told them about my disability. Nobody asked if they could make my stay more comfortable . I had a very rushed check in. 8 told the lady I didn’t have a great time getting there due to parking(which was a nightmare, arriving on Sunday around 2:30, took me 45 mins to find a spot) so as an autistic woman I’m already unsettled, she didn’t care. Nobody checked to see if everything was ok for me, barring the concierge manager, he is the only one who spoke to me and asked about how my stay is going.

The service lift to swimming pool was used after 12pm by staff despite notices especially at night when cold winds blew froze for 15 minutes. Later discovered other lifts opposite side served the location. The safety gate was loose in the wind reported but next day still open for 14 story fall at night when dimly lit as half pool lights not working. Otherwise food was excellent as were service staff

Had the most wonderful stay. The staff are incredible, friendly, warm and accommodating in every way possible. Room was clean, beds comfy and high tech room controls. The rooftop pool is magical, could do with being a tad warmer but we loved using it. Hotel itself is just a wonderful space to be in
