A really modern hotel that has first class facilities and staff. Super clean and rooms are top class with stunning city views. Staff are second to none, very accommodating, polite and go out of their way to genuinely help. Great location with tube station only a 2 minute walk away, lots of restaurants and nightlife in the area. This hotel is a must stay in if you are looking for that little bit of luxury in the heart of London. 10/10 can’t fault a thing!

The view from a high floor room was amazing - especially at night. The decor was fun and quirky. This is a great hotel to stay at in an area undergoing further improvement. Minor confusion at reception with check out was quickly and efficiently remedied by capable, understanding staff.

Gorgeous new hotel. The room was fantastic, great view of the city high up. Large shower, comfortable bed. The pool and spa area was really nice, pool large enough to swim. Sauna and steam room. Only negative was how unfriendly the staff were at reception. Complete opposite of the Battersea site. I got a cold welcome on check in. Then check out the guy just took my key card and said “you’re all good”. No thankyou, no good bye, no how was your stay etc, and certainly no smile. Really odd. I’d happily stay here again though

Veeyy nice but not relaxing

Chose hotel to visit Brick Lane/Shoreditch area and Columbia Road flower market. Check in horrendous. Arrived to be told to go to first floor to book in. Said was using automatic check in but still told i had to go to desk.. at desk receptionist could not find our booking. After quite some time he realised it was because i had booked in direct which i repeatedly said i had already done. Very polite but wasted 20 mins plus. Overall room very nice but did not like quality of coffee machine/pods. Bathroom and room spacious and very comfortable. Room overall very quite. Spa overcrowded with children - I counted 23 people in pool (and 6 more children and 1 adult arrived as I was leaving). This seens too many for a small space and definitely not relaxing. Plus children in spa area (I thought that area was over 18?).

The property was modern, stylish, clean, and very well designed. The reception, spa and cleaning staff were amazing. The hospitality staff were also good.The views from the rooms were also very interesting and made for an excellent experience overall.

Best Spa in London.

I was very impressed with the art and decor of this hotel. But the highlight for me was the spa. Roberta gave me a 90 minute massage treatment which was out of this world. I have chronic ill health which impacts my muscles a great deal and the care I received by the spa was of the greatest standard.
