Great for a one night stay

Great location, comfy bed, nice and clean. Flat is very no frills which was fine for a one night business trip. A lot of stairs to third floor so just keep that in mind if you’ve got big luggage.

Poorly maintained property; filthy and smelly entrance & hallway, holes in the front door stuffed with paper so anyone could break in easily, drafty & noisy windows, stained walls and radiators, etc. Never again.

Lovely apartment, very cosy and had all the amenities you could need. We were a bit confused with the sofa bed as no instructions were left but they were quick to reply to a message to help us.

Great location and once inside the flat perfect

I had to reach out twice to get the lock box code sent over to me. First impression of hallway not so great and lots of flights of stairs, but once in the property it was very spacious, clean and exactly what we needed. Sirens and things going by during the night are loud but it is London.. Would stay again as location is great for what we needed.

Dead mouse and terrible communications

There was a dead mouse in the kitchen and a used coffee pod in the coffee machine in the first apartment I was allocated. Although I was immediately allocated an alternative apartment located across the landing from the first one, the door to the alternative apartment was full of holes because of a missing door handle so I did not feel safe there. I only stayed in that apartment because it was getting too late to arrange alternative accommodation for the night myself and I had a prior engagement to go to as well. I was offered a twenty percent discount for a future booking for the same apartment but for obvious reasons I do not want to stay there again. I'v tried to come to a satisfactory arrangement with 'the management' but they simply have not responded to me.

Nice, well renovated and kept apartment. Everything was there. The sofabed for sleeper 3(&4), as on Expedia, is in no good condition , so backpack to be expected when you sleep there. Rest is immaculate, besides third free steep climb, dirt in hallway and right in front of door, building site next door starts at 8…

Good Location but 3rd floor no lift

Nice and very clean apartment. But doesn’t suits a family. 3rd floor and no lift was a nightmare for us as a family with luggage and stroller. Not to mention the building site outdoors the bedroom. Our little one liked it though.. Very good location in central London.
