Do not book with these hosts

I was unable to enter this property even though I followed instructions stated that they will contact me with check in details on the day. I waited outside for over an hour. Leaving numerous messages with no luck. I contacted virtual assistant on hotels.com who also was unable to get any response from the hosts. So they happy to take my money yet I couldn’t enter this property. I travelled over 4 hours to get here and then was disappointed to have to book other accommodation 12 miles away, at a much higher price. I would urge you to rethink crib surfing being advertised on your site as this information is not on your site at the time booking.
