Step through the entrance hall into a generous open-plan living space:
•Fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, microwave, wine fridge, and fridge/freezer.
•Dining area with seating for up to 8 guests.
•Comfortable seating area with armchairs and coffee table.
•French doors lead to the patio garden with outdoor sofa, dining table, and Pizza oven - perfect for alfresco evenings.
•A guest loo completes this floor.
LOWER GROUND FLOOR – FAMILY SPACE & EXTRA BEDROOM
•Utility room with washer, dryer, extra fridge and microwave
•Double bedroom with ensuite (shower over bath, sink and WC).
