Had messages saying problems with property so told me giving me an upgrade to another location.got to other location and a women turned up opened door to room then just left.room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in ages.bathroom had pubic hair in bath and on floor and had black mould around bath. The location was further away than other property from where we wanted .not a good place to stay .will never book this property again

We got to the property and I rung the owner to collect the keys, when they answered they told us that the room had been double booked but they had another property that was a 15 min walk away, we walked to the next property and the door was open and another couple was sat inside, they were also staying there. We waited for the owner to arrive for her to say that we would be having the downstairs room - which was a living room with a bed and a garden that was not clean and needless to stay neither of us wanted to stay there - besides we had paid for an apartment not for a single room in quite frankly not a very nice area. Luckily we managed to find another room avavaible on hotels.com that we could stay in but we still had to pay out. Wish we would have read the other review of this property as wouldn’t have thought twice to book. Would not even consider booking this again.

DO NOT STAY HERE - IT IS NOT SAFE, FULL OF THIEVES

When we first arrived, all seemed well... How wrong was we.... We left for a concert in the evening, and once we returned back to our room, the room was so messy and had been completely trashed. Things everywhere, therefore evident that someone broke in... Not just trash the room, we had a variety of items stolen, from designer sunglasses to large amounts of cash. Among a variety of other items. Therefore DO NOT STAY HERE AS IT ISNT SAFE!!!!! We therefore contacted the hotel staff etc who promise one thing and fail to deliver. Providing the worst customer service known. SO PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE! IT WILL RUIN YOUR LONDON EXPERIENCE. Just like it did mine.... SO ONCE AGAIN I REPEAT- DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
