This property should never be booked by anyone. Our stay over there was an unimaginable nightmare. We couldn't get hot water or heater until after a week. Communication is beyond terrible. The sofa is torn. The tv is non operational. We couldn't even turn it on for a second. There were hair strands on the bed, that I had to order my own bed sheet and duvet set. No paper towels. I can go on and on. I wish there was zero stars to give. All of my family in the UK tried to contact the number on the booking so many times and no one picked the call. The elevator to the floor we were on did not work. We had to go to the 4th floor every time and walk a stair down. The place and management were beyond terrible. Expedia, I SERIOUSLY NEED A REFUND.
