A lovely well situated flat with easy access to the city. We chose this properly due to it being so close to the academy for a gig, but the proximity to lovely food places, shops and being right next to the tube station was ideal. Very comfortable beds, nicely set out kitchen and living room. Would definitely recommend

Overall a good location and stay. Close to the venue we visited in Brixton. Secure locks, 2 keys to get in the main door, so took a bit of time to enter and exit. Mostly friendly folk around but some dodgy characters as well. No untoward events. Payed parked on road outside property overnight with no problems with it the next day. Key collection and drop off was away from the accommodation about a 10 minute walk. It was okay. Beds and couch comfortable. Extra pillows and linen present. Kitchen had a lot of stuff to use. Towels to use. Quiet despite being on main road. A fan in one bedroom was helpful. Lots of steps if on 2nd or 3rd level. Excellent West Indian, Caribbean, African food around, as well as other usual eating establishments.

Pros: Lovey space that's been obviously cared for and updated. Convenient location across from the underground, lots of good restaurants in the area. Great communications - issue with bedding was resolved quickly. Clear instructions for accessing the property. Cons: No paper towel or dishtowels for the kitchen so it was drip dry only. Only 1 hand towel was provided for the bathroom and 4 towels for the shower which can be a challenge for 5 people. Also, no hotwater for the shower sonwe gave up. There was almost no airflow even with the windows open and only 1 fan provided so sleeping was a challenge- couldn't sleep with the windows open as the flat is on the main strip, and it's very noisy. There were homeless people around but they were harmless. However, one of the deficated beside the entrance to the flat, which was already a challenge to access because of the huge bins beside it.
