Very satisfied with my stay. The room was recently renovated, clean, and fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, with two subway stations nearby, making it easy to reach central London

Good location. Many restaurants, shops, and transportation nearby. 3 blocks from Kensington Park. Staff was helpful and responsive. However, hotel needs updating. 2 or 3 buildings are connected and you must walk up and down steps to get from lobby to rooms. Carpet in halls and rooms is warn and soiled.

Staff was pleasant. The room was sufficient however I read two different places that they are not responsible for theft- which made me feel uneasy. In the lobby there is a sign about thieves as well. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Unfortunately you hear a lot of street noise if you hand a room facing the road which I did. The room had a terrace outside which was cool, but the curtain rod stopped the door from opening all of the way. Breakfast is not free.

Wonderful staff

The staff were absolutely wonderful. listened and sorted things out when I had concerns. The breakfast was a surprise as there was a Malaysian menu in addition to croissants, cereals etc.

This property is old and needs a good remodel. I had to leave a $50 deposit in case of damage but there was not anything to damage as old and needed remodeled and or repaired. Toilet barely worked shower was old tub, carpet dirty and walls dirty as well. I only stayed one night or would have left and found somewhere else to stay. Also i was concerned with the electrical lights came on without being turned on. Didnt want to charge my phone for fear it would damage it.

Berjaya Eden Park London was a great fit for me as a solo traveler. The staff were all helpful and kind, every interaction was professional and friendly. The location worked very well for me, as it was a 1 minute walk from the Bayswater Station and about a 5 minute walk from the Queensway Station. The room did get rather warm because the weather overall was fairly hot, but I appreciated that the room had a fan! Overall, it worked for what I needed and I'd stay here again.

We dropped our bags off in the morning. When we checked in at night one bag was missing/not in the baggage holding area. It was shortly after delivered to our room. It was apparently stored in the office instead of the baggage holding area. VERY STRESSFUL! Room was fine, clean, good facilities. I also got charged at check-in time, whilst I already had paid via the website. Currently waiting for my second payment to return in my bank account…

DANGER - WARNING - DON'T DRINK THE WATER

DANGER WATER. Bad information. No one mentioned you CANNOT drink or brush your teeth with the water. Sign is hidden and no bottled water in the room. After moving towel the sign becomes clear (note attached). Hotels.com says there are elevators BUT first must go up 15 steps AND down 4 steps to get to first floor where you can take an elevator to the second floor. Funny, two different elevators, both is vastly different locations and yet no way to second floor with the "steps of death". Tough for 4 night stay. No one available to carry bags up stairs at a 8pm check in nor at check out. No one to answer room phone. Will note that after discussing water issues, desk offered bottle water. By then is was too late for both of us and our GI health. Construction noise ALL night. Need I go on. Part of the blame must fall on Hotels.com for not checking what properties claim to offer. Lastly, this is absolutely the first negative report I have written in over 20 years.

Overall had a great stay! The staff was kind and helpful and there was an elevator that was helpful in moving luggage. I will note that there was no air conditioning or fan in our room, so if you stay here in the summer be aware of higher temperatures in the room.

Room 210 Outside the window there are ac units that expell hot air that means if you open the window the hot air goes into the room and if you close the window you can't get fresh air. Unbearably hot! The fan helped but only slightly. Staff were great, tried to move us, but we didn't have time, due to commitments.

Okay place to stay

Great location. The remodeled rooms are small but well kept. The older rooms do not have air conditioning and are prettt dated. Also, first floor rooms are really loud
