Nice but hot

The hotel was nice, the staff were polite and the housekeeping was good (although some clients were really awful) the only con was the terrible hot of the house, there was no way to control temperature into the room and we had to left windows opened every night

Not a bad hotel

Sadly I booked this hotel very late, so I paid way too much. However for its normal price it represents value for money in London. The room though was not well cleaned , with hairs in the bed, breakfast was good, staff were nice. Not worth the extortionate price paid though

Location: Good reachable with public transport (15min by train at London Liverpool Street).
The room was too small and way too hot for a family of 4 people. Having only a small window in a distant corridor in the room is not acceptable. Secondly, the drain of the shower was not working properly.

ersoneel.

Kleine kamers met een klein 2-persoons bed, weinig luxe, maar schoon. Veel last gehad van geluid buiten. Vriendelijk personeel. Ilford ligt op 20 min. met de trein van Liverpoolstreet.
