Disliked: Cleanliness
Not responsive to communication. Had to get VRBO involved a few hours before check-in. Once he was in touch, he made himself available. The apartment is almost unihabitable. His crew had to come to get hot water and get heat on. Freezing cold in the apartment 8 hours after check in. Dust everywhere. One shower head broken, chair in kitchen broken, thick dust on lights/chandelier, no amenities other than being provided towels. Space heaters provided. One did not work. One had broken base. Dirty floors. Kitchen looked like you were walking into a space last renovated 20 years ago. Could list more and happy to share pictures.

Disliked: Cleanliness
DO NOT STAY HERE! This property was extremely dirty and unsanitary. The sheets on the beds had been changed but the rest of the property was filthy. The floors were not swept. The bathroom surfaces were dusty. The dishes in the cabinets had dried on food on them. The dishes in the dishwasher were dirty. There was dried food on the bar stools. The showers were extremely moldy. One was zip tied to the wall. One shower did not turn off after the handle was turned off. Another shower completely stopped in the middle of a shower. The water pressure simply stopped completely and did not come back on. The beds had hair balls and black debris on the white sheets. We put clothes in the washing machine and started it. It lost power and the wet clothes were stuck inside. We messaged the host but they were unable to come check it until the next day mid day. We had to consult the online owners manual to disassemble the machine and get our clothes. We lasted less than 24 hours and checked out. It was not habitable. We requested a refund for the remaining nights but were ignored. We would recommend avoiding this flat.

Great location and space

Overall good but could do with some tweaks. Could be cleaner, the floor felt like it hadn’t been cleaned, some of the kitchen pots weren’t very clean and the dishwasher was mouldy. Showers were a bit mouldy. Shampoo and body wash wasn’t provided as stated and not enough toilet roll. Towels and beds were clean. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and helped us with our bags. Great location and space.
